Known throughout the nation as the master of his field, Dr. Jason Emer is redefining the world of liposuction and body shaping, one impeccably sculpted client at a time. Equal parts innovator, scientist and artist, he goes where no other cosmetic dermatologist has gone before. While other doctors perform routine liposuction and skin rejuvenation procedures, Dr. Emer pushes the boundaries of what’s possible – earning him a well-deserved reputation as the man behind some of Beverly Hills’ most notorious bodies.
Following an internship at Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Dr. Emer completed a two-year dermatopharmacology fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, where he conducted multiple clinical trials on investigational treatments in cosmetic, laser and surgical dermatology; his work prompted FDA approval for several medications and devices treating a range of skin conditions.
Throughout his residency, Dr. Emer focused his cosmetic interests on liposuction, contouring, sculpting, fat harvesting, and fat transfers, learning from world-renowned authorities in the fields of dermatology and plastic surgery. He also began an HIV treatment clinic where fat transfer, fillers, and other cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures were used to enhance patients’ facial features and address body disproportions.
